Overview

The Tirthan valley is also a part of Banjar region with Banjar town being the main marketplace in Tirthan Valley. Tirthan river is major river of Banjar along with the tributary Pushpabhad flowing from Jalori pass through Jibhi. It is located at the confluence of these two rivers. Banjar is one the tehsil of Kullu district. The Tirthan Valley is an ideal place for a plethora of activities including, inter alia, trout fishing, hiking, trekking, camping, bonfires, and photography.

Your Itinerary

Day 1

Board bus the evening before with Travel Team and reach tirthan via Bus (Applicable on "Chandigarh to Chandigarh trip")

Upon reaching tirthan check-In to hotel and have delicious lunch.

You will be taken for a drive down to the riverside rest house.

Some time is offered for relaxing and acclimatization. A couple of hours are offered here at leisure by the river side.

Thereafter, you will be taken for a 2 km climb to the waterfall.

Later, you will be transferred back to the resort. Dinner and night stay are offered at the hotel.

Day 2

6:00 AM - Wake up call. Enjoy the hot, fresh breakfast with beautiful view of mountains.

you will be taken for a drive to the Jalori Pass.

Here you can enjoy the stunning 360° view of the Great Himalayas and the Kullu Valley.

Thereafter, you will be taken for a trek to Serolsar Lake – a place famous for its temple devoted to Goddess Budhi Nagin.

Day 3

6:30 AM - Wake up call, have a great breakfast.

We check out and its time to get back and also if time allows you can visit The Dalai lama temple and the ancient St. John church( on your own , its not included in our schedule).

In the evening, as your journey comes to an end.

Take the bus to Delhi (Applicable on "Chandigarh to Chandigarh Trip")

Next morning we reach delhi.
